Simply Depo Inc. (“Simply Depo” or “we”) welcomes you. We provide you with the Simply Depo Reps mobile application (“App”) as a part of a web-based platform for wholesalers & distributors available following the link https://simply-depo-staging.web.app/login (”Platform”). This Privacy Notice (“Privacy Notice”) applies to our App, available at AppStore and Google Play.
The Privacy Notice describes how your personal data is collected, stored, and used and what happens when you use our App.

Data received from third parties

First of all, these are your photo, full name, ID, role, phone number, email, and status provided by the Brand via the Platform. The Brands warrant that they comply with all applicable laws in providing us with your data. If some of your data is incorrect or you suggest that the Brand does not have a legal basis to provide it, contact us.

The amount of data collected, the purposes, and the legal basis for processing are determined by the respective privacy documents of third parties.

Simply Depo does not sell your personal information to anyone nor use your data as a business model.

The Privacy Notice and the relationships falling under its effect are regulated by the laws of the New York state.
Existing laws and requirements for personal data processing are subject to change. In this case, we will publish a new version of the Privacy Notice in our App.
If significant material changes are made to our App that may affect your privacy and confidentiality, we will notify you by displaying information on the main page of our App and ask for your consent if necessary.
